1976: Three Phua brothers start their couch business in Lowland Road, Singapore;

1999: The sofa manufacturing plant in Kunshan, China obtained ISO 9002 certification;

In 2014, Huali Home (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established, and HTL will fully enter the Chinese market and further expand its footprint in the wholesale and retail market.

In 2018, the German Domicil brand of Huadli Group debuted in the Chinese market for the first time

In 2019, the Corium and Fabbrica brands of Huadli Group debuted in the Chinese market for the first time

In 2020, Golden Hill Capital Private Limited (Golden Hill Pte Ltd) acquired the subsidiary of Huadli Group, and Huadli Furniture Group returned to the embrace of the founder Pan family

In 2021, Huadli Group will focus on the development of 300 stores in the Chinese market, and plan to open more than 1,000 new stores under its five brands HTL, Domicil, Corium, Fabbrica and Gallery within three years.
